Scientists have developed a food packaging solution.

A Rutgers University researcher and a team of Harvard scientists have developed a biodegradable, antimicrobial food packaging solution to replace plastic. The nontoxic, plastic-free food packaging solution is plant-based and is applied on foods as a spray. The packaging is effective in protecting food products from pathogens, spoilage, and physical damage.

Interview with Korsou Salu

Kòrsou Salú invited Drs. Loubiela Joseph, from the Joseph One Health Research Laboratory. Loubiela is a professional in the field of Molecular Cell Biology and Virology who will share her knowledge of the situation around food safety in order to contribute to better control and awareness of our health care and to help us understand how to treat our food and how to understand and interpretidon the label (exp. ect) when it comes to the quality of the food for our families to consume. Drs. Joseph's goal is to focus on everything that is not human, so she will provides researches and monitors everything that is not human, for example: food, environment, water, animals and cosmetic products of any kind.
